The story behind the methodology. Rob Lagana was born legally blind with ocular albinism type 2 and clinically low testosterone. He competed in bodybuilding 19 times across 22 years, built multiple businesses without a college degree, and developed the recovery-first methodology that became PowerSkulpt.
